How painful is angina? It is actually very dangerous to attack!

Angina is a relatively common type of heart disease, and it is very harmful to humans. We cannot ignore it. Angina pectoris is also a type of coronary heart disease. Due to coronary artery stenosis or occlusion, myocardial ischemia and hypoxia are caused. The number of patients is more than 40 years old, more men than women.
How painful is angina? It is actually very dangerous to attack!

With continuous research, the current research on angina has new knowledge and findings. Clinically, angina is divided into three major types, and each type has a more detailed classification. The three major types of angina are: angina pectoris, spontaneous angina, mixed angina. What are these three types of angina?

Exhaustive angina

This type of angina is the most common type, and it can also be seen literally because of heart disease caused by fatigue. Painful angina is also divided into three types.

1. Stable and angina pectoris. Referred to as stable angina pectoris, also known as common angina pectoris, is the most common angina pectoris. The nature of angina usually does not change within 1-3 months, that is, the number of daily or weekly pain episodes is about the same, the pain-inducing labor and emotional agitation are the same, and the pain time is similar.

2. initial hair fatigue angina. Referring to the initial angina pectoris, the patient has not had angina or myocardial infarction in the past, but now the angina caused by myocardial ischemia and hypoxia, the time is still within 1-2 months. Some patients who have had stable angina but have had angina for several months have recurrence of angina.

3. Deteriorating angina pectoris. Referred to as deteriorating angina, also known as progressive angina. Refers to the original stable angina patients, the frequency, extent, and predisposing factors of pain within 3 months often change, progressive deterioration.

Spontaneous angina

1. Recumbent angina pectoris: occurs mostly at night, due to increased venous return during supine position, resulting in cardiac insufficiency.

2. variant angina: spontaneously in the pre-cardiac area at a fixed time, the degree of pain is heavier, the stump height of the ECG-related leads and the st-segment depression of the relevant lead, often accompanied by arrhythmia.

3. intermediate syndrome (angina before angina): often in patients with rest or sleep spontaneous angina pectoris, severe pain, time up to 30min, no myocardial infarction ECG changes and enzymatic changes.

4. angina after infarction: for the occurrence of spontaneous myocardial infarction within 1-3 months of spontaneous angina, this patient has a higher incidence of recurrent myocardial infarction.

Mixed angina

Mixed angina is one of the less common types of angina compared to the above two types of angina. The appearance of this symptom is a mixture of exertional angina and spontaneous angina, and patients can have angina during rest and fatigue. For special reasons, the person who causes this symptom is present, but it is rare.

The above is a brief introduction to angina pectoris. We have heard of angina pectoris, but how much pain does it have when angina pectoris occurs?

When the patient is in the attack, in addition to the pain in various parts, he is often accompanied by palpitations, pale, nausea, vomiting, cold sweat, horror, and so on. At this time the patient is not able to move.

The pain in the onset of angina pectoris is also different between the elderly and the young. The nature of angina in the elderly is often dull and burning, and the degree of pain is not as severe as that of young people. Sometimes angina in the elderly is not a painful sensation, but an uncomfortable feeling that is difficult to describe. It should be noted that if the pain is acupuncture-like or knife-cut, it is often not true angina or pain from other organs;

The pain of angina is not only the chest, but also often radiates to the shoulders, upper limbs, neck or ridge. The most common part of the angina is the left shoulder or left upper limb, which is directly from the inside of the forearm to the range of the little finger and the ring finger.

Angina begins with a temporary slow ischemia and hypoxia, initially with less pain and peaking after a few minutes. For example, angina pectoris is severe pain at first, and gradually relieves later, often not angina.

Typical angina is usually about 3 to 5 minutes, rarely more than 10 to 15 minutes. Only a small number of variant angina and angina before myocardial infarction took longer. The pain is like a lightning-like moment. People are often not angina. In the case of angina pectoris, if the pain does not relieve for a certain period of time, it is necessary to take nitroglycerin to alleviate. If the pain persists and does not ease, the patient is dangerous at this time.

The above is a general introduction to angina pectoris, I hope that everyone can have an overall understanding of angina. Can effectively help everyone. At the same time, we must also remind you that the disease is not terrible.
