Hereditary heart attack age |
Heart disease is a certain hereditary, but it is also related to the acquired environment. For example, the blood pressure of the body is high and low, and the viscosity of the blood fat is also related to emotional excitement and labor. People are usually induced after emotional or tiredness. Usually pay attention to regular life, emotional stability, to avoid being stimulated. Avoid high-fat, high-protein diets, control blood pressure and blood lipid levels.
If you have high blood pressure, you should go to the hospital in time and have an ECG check every year. Also pay attention to control blood sugar levels.
2. Types of hereditary heart disease
(1) Mendelian type
Mendelian inheritance, which is single-gene inheritance, can be divided into autosomal dominant inheritance, autosomal recessive inheritance, X-linked inheritance, and Y-linked inheritance. General congenital malformations of the heart and large blood vessels involve multiple genes and environmental factors, but some cases can be caused by a single gene. Statistics show that there are about 120 monogenic diseases associated with cardiovascular systemic defects, some of which have identified genetic localization and genetic mutations, such as autosomal dominant aortic stenosis. In real life, more is seen in valvular lesions in heart disease patients.
(2) Chromosome type
The inheritance of chromosomal type is generally a heart disease formed by the inheritance of chromosomal aberrations. About 50 of our human chromosomal disorders are associated with cardiovascular abnormalities. We may have heard that the trisomy 21 syndrome has a cardiovascular involvement frequency of 40% to 50%, mainly due to endocardial pad defect, ventricular septal defect and atrial septal defect. Almost all of the trisomy 18 causes cardiovascular involvement, such as ventricular septal defect and patent ductus arteriosus, or atrial septal defect. There are also some cardiac abnormalities caused by chromosomal abnormalities, such as pulmonary valve malformation, pulmonary stenosis, aortic coarctation, aortic transposition, tetralogy of Fallot, right heart and vascular abnormalities.
(3) Multiple genotype
Polygenic refers to genetic diseases associated with two or more genes whose disease is affected by multiple factors, both congenital and acquired. Congenital heart disease, rheumatic fever and rheumatic heart disease are of this type.
